Tracking quarry that does not want to be found within the confines of a city was very different from hunting in the wild, but, one by one, Caitlyn located the men who had invaded her home.
Back when Caitlyn Jenner made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair, the Olympian-turned-reality-star was widely applauded for her bravery in coming out as transgender.
In the months that followed, however, Jenner squandered much of that goodwill by continuing to voice far-right-wing political beliefs, even as the candidates that she supported threatened the rights and safety of the trans community.
Adding to her image crisis is Caitlyn's highly-publicized falling out with her family, several members of which feel Catilyn portrayed them negatively in her first post-transition interviews.
These days, Caitlyn is in full damage control mode, and she's reportedly hoping that her forthcoming memoir will help her win back some of her former supporters.
Jenner says the book reveals aspects of her transition that even her biggest fans aren't aware of.
In one of the memoir's biggest bombshells, Caitlyn reveals that she underwent gender reassignment surgery in January of 2017.
“The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” Caitlyn writes.
She goes on to say that she doesn't plan to discuss the matter in any future interviews:
“I am telling you because I believe in candor,” she explains.
“So all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it.”

Early in the book, Caitlyn writes about being wary of the procedure due to the health risks involved.
“I just want to have all the right parts,' she tells readers.
'I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time.”
Despite her initial reservations, Caitlyn says these days she couldn't be happier with her decision to go through with it:
“I am going to live authentically for the first time in my life,” she recalls thinking just after the surgery was completed.
“I am going to have an enthusiasm for life that I have not had in 39 years since the Olympics, almost two thirds of my life.”
Caitlyn's memoir, The Secrets of My Life, will hit bookstores on April 25.
Caitlyn Jenner has been in the news a lot over the past several years. The Olympian formerly known as Bruce Jenner came out as transgender in 2015, kickstarting a period of intense transition for the reality television star.

Amidst all the drama and the divorce from Kris Jenner, fans wondered whether or not Jenner was still regularly seeing any of the six children that the couple raised together.
While there have been conflicting reports, it seems as though Jenner is still pretty close with at least one of those children.
What has happened between Jenner and her children?
While the Kardashian-Jenner family was incredibly supportive when Jenner initially came out in 2015, several things have happened to significantly change the family’s dynamic. The divorce from Kris Jenner in 2015 caused some of the couple’s children to favor one side or the other, although it seems as though communication was still happening at that time.
However, in 2017, Caitlyn Jenner released a bombshell memoir called “Secrets of My Life.” The book contained a number of details about her decades-long marriage to Kris Jenner and offended the family greatly.

Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian even spoke out on various talk shows, lamenting the fact that Jenner wrote the book and claiming that their mother, Kris Jenner, was very hurt by some of the allegations in the memoir.
While Caitlyn Jenner did speak out and say that she didn’t intend to offend anyone with the release of her autobiography, she stood by everything she had written and that the book was designed to showcase her point of view.
Jenner also believes that it’s perfectly normal to see her children less – transition or not. She gave a recent interview, stating that she’s proud to have raised independent children and that since they all have such busy schedules, it’s normal to not get together as often.
What is her relationship with Kylie Jenner?

Of all the Kardashian-Jenner children, Caitlyn Jenner seems to have the best relationship with her two youngest daughters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.
Kylie Jenner, the young entrepreneur who runs Kylie Cosmetics, recently launched a skincare branch of her company, called Kylie Skin. In true Kardashian fashion, she threw a fabulous, all-pink party to celebrate the May launch of the products.
Surprisingly, Caitlyn Jenner made an appearance at the launch party, decked out in a couture gown and ready to celebrate. She even posted on Instagram how proud she was of Kylie Jenner, and seemingly was able to mingle with the rest of the family in attendance with no drama.

It definitely seems as though Kylie Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner have been able to move past any issues and reach a good place in their relationship.
Does she still speak to Kris Jenner?
Sadly, Caitlyn Jenner no longer speaks to her ex-wife Kris Jenner, except when it concerns their children. The exes have only crossed paths a small handful of times since their divorce, only coming together on rare family occasions such as birthday parties.
Kris Jenner has said that she doesn’t really see a reason to hang out with her ex and that she is still hurt from the 2017 memoir fiasco. It seems that for now, at least, the damage has been done for the former couple.
Still, they are committed to their family and have said that they intend to still communicate for the sake of their children. It’s good to see that parents (even famous ones) can put aside their differences in order to make their family happy.
No matter what lies ahead for Caitlyn Jenner, there’s little doubt that she can still count on her family’s support when she really needs it.
